How is this different from Map My Customers if both have a map?

The map is the entry point in both, but MMC stops there. Leadbeam scores accounts before you load the list (Atlas), captures the visit with voice and photos (Pulse), briefs reps before the door (Beamly), and routes coaching back to managers (Studio). The map is the workspace, not the product.

MMC already has voice-to-text. Why call Pulse different?

Voice-to-text gives you a transcription. Pulse parses what was said, routes it to the right accounts, opportunities, and follow-ups, and waits for the rep to review before writing to the CRM. One is dictation. The other is clean structured data.

We sync MMC with Salesforce and HubSpot. Will Leadbeam do the same?

Yes, bidirectional sync with both. If you don't have a CRM, Leadbeam CRM is map-native and ready to go. The data model is built so what reps capture in the field maps cleanly to records in whichever CRM you end up running.
