We use Badger for routing. Is Leadbeam a real upgrade or just a re-skin?

Routing is one of few things Leadbeam does. It plans routes optimally. But, on top of that, it also scores accounts based on 30+ signals, briefs reps before they visit each prospect and syncs visit data captured through voice or photo directly to the CRM.

Badger sells Insights as an AI add-on. Isn't that the same thing?

INo. Insights is a $50/month layer built on top of a 14 year old route planner. Leadbeam was designed to be AI-first. Atlas scores accounts. Beamly briefs reps. Pulse handles data capture. These are core products, not optional extras.

How does visit capture work day-to-day?

In Badger Maps, voice-to-text gives you a transcription - but the rep still has to manually re-enter the relevant parts into the CRM. In Leadbeam, Pulse captures data through a photo or a voice note. The information is routed to the right account, structured into relevant fields and staged for a final review before the data syncs with your CRM.
