- Backing: Silicon Valley VC-funded, backed by Antler and StartX (Stanford’s startup accelerator).
The web dashboard is the command center for sales managers and team leads. It is where territories are assigned, pipelines are reviewed, CRM data is mapped, and AI insights surface. It is a desktop-first, data-heavy SPA designed to be fast, reliable, and genuinely pleasant to use.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong design sense who is comfortable owning features end-to-end and collaborating on API contracts. The dashboard is a pure React SPA consuming a REST API. Your day-to-day will center on TypeScript, React Query, and Tailwind, but this role requires someone who can reason across the stack.
Our codebase is ~55,000 lines of TypeScript, roughly 8 months old, and actively evolving. It is a highly utilized, stable product, offering a clean opportunity for an engineer who wants to establish foundational frontend quality from scratch.
What You'll Work On
- Territory Management: Build bulk assignment rules, radius-based territory slicing, and CRM-driven list management tools.
- Maps & CRM Plotting: Implement live data overlays driven by complex CRM queries using the Google Maps JS API.
- Beamly AI Dashboard: Develop tool execution tracking, timing analytics, and error capture interfaces for AI-driven workflows.
- CRM Field Mapping: Scale our configuration UI from an internal admin tool into a polished, customer-facing feature.
- Permissions & Multi-Tenancy: Enforce role-based access control (RBAC) across user, manager, admin, and internal tiers with strict data separation.
- Component Library: Maintain and expand our library of 29 Radix UI components, utilizing CSS variable theming, day/night modes, and Figma-backed tokens.
- Testing Infrastructure: Establish and lead our frontend testing strategy, building out the testing culture from the ground up.
You'll Thrive Here If
- Experience: You have 5+ years of professional frontend experience, with at least 3+ years writing TypeScript and React in production environments.
- State Management: React Query is second nature to you—you deeply understand caching, invalidation, and optimistic updates.
- State Architecture: You are comfortable working with Redux Toolkit and know exactly when to leverage it versus local or server state.
- Data-Heavy UIs: You have experience building complex interfaces using TanStack Table (sortable tables), React Hook Form + Zod (rich forms), dnd-kit (drag-and-drop), and Recharts (data visualization).
- Design Execution: You care about UI/UX and can translate Figma tokens into pixel-accurate, accessible components.
- API Collaboration: You understand REST API design well enough to spot contract issues early and co-design endpoints with backend engineers.
- Deployment & Tooling: You are comfortable with AWS-hosted static deployments, CloudFront, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Autonomy: You prefer small, flat teams where you are expected to own architectural choices, not just execute tickets.
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with the Google Maps JS API (overlays, clustering, real-time data plotting).
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS or CRM APIs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Experience introducing Vitest, Playwright, or Cypress to a codebase from scratch.
- Familiarity with Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or similar headless component patterns.
- Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms where company context is a core concern.
