Leadbeam is building an AI-native operating system for field sales teams. Field reps use Leadbeam to plan their days, capture data on the road, and close more deals. We're backed by top VCs and already working with several Fortune 500 customers.
Outside sales hasn't had a real software update in a long time. We're building the platform top-performing field teams will run on for the next decade.
We're in growth mode. The product is working, our ICP is clear, and the two SDRs already on the team have spent the last six months proving out the playbook and hitting quota. That's the green light.
Now we're tripling the SDR team and hiring four more reps in NYC to scale what's working. The early experiments are done. The motion is real. You're joining at the moment a company goes from "we figured it out" to "let's go take the market."
You'll join an SDR team that already has traction and work closely with the founders and the SDRs who have been running point so far. You'll execute against a proven playbook, but you'll also have room to test new channels, sharpen messaging, and influence how we go to market as we scale.
We sell to outside sales reps, which means we sell the way good outside sales reps do: multi-threaded, in person when it matters, and high activity across every channel.
You're joining past the experimentation phase and before the team gets big. The pipeline you build directly funds the next stage of the company, and the motion you help refine becomes the structure future SDRs and AEs will run on.
