Crafted Highlights
In the role of Sales Representative – Liquor, you will be part of the Commercial team. You will drive sales growth by establishing distribution, executing promotions, managing retail inventory, building customer relationships, and ensuring our brands are effectively represented throughout your assigned territory. Your efforts will directly influence how consumers experience our portfolio of brands in the marketplace.
This position reports to the Area Sales Manager and works closely with retail customers, supplier partners, internal sales teams, and cross-functional business partners to achieve sales and distribution objectives.
What You'll Be Brewing
- Sell monthly distribution objectives through strategic planning, customer engagement, and execution within assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow sales, distribution, and brand visibility.
- Manage retail inventory, product quality, pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards to maximize customer success and consumer experience.
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to execute sales initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Key Ingredients
- You have a High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have at least 2 years of sales experience; consumer packaged goods or beverage industry experience is beneficial.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can effectively present information to customers and business partners.
- You build relationships and collaborate to achieve shared goals and positive business outcomes.
- You can identify challenges, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- You take accountability for results while acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
- You have a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements.
- You have a thirst for learning and continuously seek opportunities to grow your knowledge of the business, industry, and customers.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to support customer and business needs.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $37,800.00 - $49,500.00 (posting salary range) + 0% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
